What’s inside a mystery bag?
A selection chosen by the butcher from their available end-of-day meat. Contents vary; specific cuts or products are not guaranteed. Check each listing and ask the shop about ingredients or allergens.
How does pricing by the kilo work?
Each offer lists a bag weight and total price, with the equivalent price per kilo shown for comparison. You pay for the selected bag size. Your butcher sets the sizes and prices.
Is this the same quality meat?
The idea is good meat from your local butcher’s end-of-day stock at a lower price. Check the supplying butcher’s storage instructions and use-by dates when collecting.
Can I choose the cuts or request substitutions?
The selection is the surprise. If you need particular cuts or have dietary restrictions, speak with the butcher before ordering; a mystery bag may not suit your needs.
Do you deliver?
Pickup only. You’ll collect directly from your chosen butcher during the listed pickup window.
When can I order?
We’re in setup. No butcher shops are listed and payments are closed. Bags will become available once participating shops are ready.
